Where does music come from ? In which secret place in the world are chords and melodies born? For over twenty five years, Christophe Jacquelin has been capturing notes and harmonies in his recording studio (In GRENOBLE/FRANCE) and through his numerous encounters and travels. He also hears voices. Feminine and feline, closely melded to his music until they become one. Exceptional singers, (Dannielle Gaha, Claudia Phillips ...) have one by one inspired Christophe with a beautiful and troubling world. " Music is an impalpable vibration. I have chosen to approach it in two ways : intuitively and technically…" As if composing, producing and mixing this musical materiel for hundreds of films was only the hidden side of a single talent.

image Christophe Jacquelin first became associated with the film industry while writing the emotional score for the first IMAX theatre film Ocean Wonderland 3D. Two years later, he released a second powerful original motion picture soundtrack, Sharks 3D presented by Jean-Michel Cousteau, which was described as “stirring” by industry publication Box Office Magazine. This was followed by Dolphins and Whales 3D (2008), his third original soundtrack for 3D Entertainment Distribution’s underwater series. In 2010, Christophe composed the score for the feature length film, Ocean World 3D, the theatrical rights to which were acquired by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures in 2010 .
